SPIRE Hospitality is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and serve food with warmth and enthusiasm at our hotels and resorts across the country. The role emphasizes genuine guest engagement and efficient beverage service as part of our Food & Beverage team.

You will maintain bar organization, monitor stock levels, and ensure cleanliness while handling payments and generating checks for guests. This is a tipped, full-time position with comprehensive benefits and employee perks.

Essential Job Functions

Physical Demands

• Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50-75lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk in confined space for entire shift
• Manual dexterity to use and operate food and beverage equipment

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Completion of Bartending School or Bartending & Mixology Certification preferred

• $9 - $9.75 per hour (Tipped Position)
