Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen is seeking a motivated bartender/server to join our Bourbon/Whiskey/Craft Cocktail focused casual dining team. The role combines bartending and guest service with flexible day/evening shifts and immediate start.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips, with opportunities to showcase craft cocktails. Two years of full-service experience is required, plus weekend availability and a proactive, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender in a full-service establishment.
• Strong mixology and drink presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to speak a second language is a plus.
• Knowledge of food & beverage regulations and responsible service.
• Relevant training certificates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks and snacks.
• Assess customer needs and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to create cocktails.
• Check IDs and verify legal drinking age.
• Restock bar inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain guest-focused service and high quality experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

• Looking for 1 Bartender / Server candidate. Applicants must be capable and willing to do both positions.
• Must have 2 years of experience in a full service, full liquor establishment.
• Must have weekend availability
• Must have flexible hours - available for both daytime and evening shifts
• Must be able to start immediately
  We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience for a Bourbon/Whiskey/Craft Cocktail focused casual dining restaurant. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly and tips.
  Responsibilities
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
