Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Palo Alto seeks an energetic bartender to join our team, delivering warm hospitality and crafted beverages in a fast-paced setting.

You will create signature cocktails, brew specialty drinks, and build relationships with guests while keeping a clean, safe bar. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required; prior mixology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bartenders must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Experienced in bartending or mixology.
• Passionate about service and hospitality.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledgeable about wine, beer, spirits, and specialty drinks.
• Friendly, attentive, and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Craft signature cocktails and house-made juices.
• Brew lattes and other specialty beverages.
• Build relationships with guests and provide top-tier hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar area.
• Follow alcohol laws and financial procedures.
• Perform opening/closing side work and assist with inventory.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
