Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Arlington, VA is seeking passionate bartenders to deliver exceptional hospitality and craft signature cocktails, lattes, and beverages. You will build relationships with guests, maintain a clean bar, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while contributing to an inviting dining atmosphere.

Shifts include AM/PM and mid-day, with part-time to 40 hours per person. Team members receive dining discounts, health care options, and pet insurance as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Experienced in bartending or mixology.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
