Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a friendly, experienced bartender to join our team. You will craft cocktails, pour wine, brew specialty beverages, and deliver outstanding hospitality while maintaining a clean bar area.

This role requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; you will work with a supportive team and gain access to health care options and employee perks.

• Craft signature cocktails and house-made juices.
• Brew lattes and other specialty beverages.
• Build relationships with guests and provide top-tier hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar area.
• Follow alcohol laws and financial procedures.
• Perform opening/closing side work and assist with inventory.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
