Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Naples, FL is looking for friendly bartenders who bring warmth, knowledge of cocktails, and a passion for hospitality. This role supports guests with exceptional service in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment.

AM/PM and weekend shifts are available. You will craft signature cocktails and house beverages, build relationships with guests, maintain a clean bar, follow alcohol laws, assist with opening/closing duties and inventory, and enjoy a people-focused,

• Experience in bartending or mixology.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Experienced in bartending or mixology
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledgeable about wine, beer, spirits, and specialty drinks

• Brew lattes and other specialty beverages

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
