Role Description

The Bartender is a full-time, on-site role based at Shiki in Omaha, NE. This role is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and house standards, and providing responsive, friendly service to all guests seated at the bar and in the dining area. Daily tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, making recommendations, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining accurate tabs. The Bartender also restocks bar inventory, checks keg and bottle levels, cleans and sanitizes bar equipment and surfaces, and complies with all local liquor laws and company safety policies. Collaboration with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff is essential to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.
