Job summary

Bricktown Brewery in Oklahoma City is seeking a Bartender to be at the heart of the guest experience, crafting drinks with precision and personality while delivering warm, attentive service. You’ll keep the bar area running smoothly, greet guests promptly, take drink orders, and ensure consistency and speed.

Prior bartending is a plus, but we’ll train the right fit. This position offers a supportive team culture, meal discounts, free uniforms, and opportunities to grow in a vibrant, high-energy

Qualifications

• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand up to 8 hours.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Prior bartending experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right fit.

What You'll Do:

As a Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience—crafting drinks with precision and personality. You’ll deliver warm, attentive service while keeping your bar area running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Take accurate drink orders and prepare beverages quickly and consistently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and guest areas.

Who You Are:
