*JOB PURPOSE*: The primary purpose of this position is to create a unique and personal experience for our Buffalo Wild Wings Guests by effectively presenting food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.

*JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES*

1. Make personal connections with Guests to create loyalty through engaging conversations.
2. Participate in Mystery Shop, GEM, and BARS programs. Follow Company SOPs for BARS, including "Must ID anyone who looks under 40" and check IDs to ensure guests meet minimum age requirements for alcohol.
3. Read and organize tickets to serve Guests quickly and manage large crowds efficiently.
4. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to SOP standards.
5. Maintain service, cleanliness, and operational responsibilities, including bussing, resetting the bar, restocking caddies, cleaning menus, and managing inventory.
6. Follow Steps of Service and other SOPs.
7. Manage bar inventory, including stocking, refilling ice, replacing kegs, and monitoring inventory levels of stemware, garnishes, etc.
8. Take and process food and beverage orders, and prepare beverages for Guests.
9. Process Guest payments accurately following SOPs.
10. Limit problems related to excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions.
11. Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area and equipment.
12. Support opening and/or closing duties as per FOH Support Responsibilities Policy, clocking in/out appropriately for FOH tasks.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by management, with pay rate based on the specific duty.

*PHYSICAL DEMANDS*: The role involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during work hours. Notify your manager if unable to perform any physical tasks.
