The Shore and Country Club is seeking motivated and enthusiastic bartenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to order, entering charges on members' accounts using the POS system.
• Maintain the bar in a clean, organized condition and keep it stocked.
• Manage storage areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, stocked, and secured.
• Prepare drinks for staff or serve directly to members.
• Stock bar and portable bars for banquets and club events.
• Wash equipment and deliver glasses to the dishwasher.
• Provide service to members and guests.
• Assist in monthly beverage inventory.
• Contribute to the development of specialty cocktails.
• Prepare garnishes and mixers for drinks.
• Maintain adequate supplies of beverages by taking periodic inventories with the manager.
• Follow guidelines for proper portion control and comply with Connecticut Alcoholic Beverage Control laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

We are looking for candidates available to work 35-40 hours per week, with weekend availability required.
