The Paris Café is returning to the Seaport. First opened in 1873, this historic New York landmark is being brought back to life with exceptional food, a focused beverage program, and a beautifully restored dining room.

We’re hiring bartenders who bring precision, presence, and real hospitality to the bar. If you can move fast without cutting corners, make clean, balanced cocktails, and keep a bar flowing while staying guest-focused, we’d love to meet you!

Requirements :

• 2+ years of bartending experience in NYC or European restaurants or bars
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar prep
• Ability to handle high-volume service with consistency and care
• Experience with Toast POS system
• Clear communication, attention to detail, and a steady presence under pressure

Preferred Experience :

• Wine service and bottle knowledge
• Cocktail batching and bar prep systems
• Experience in design-forward or high-profile environments
