The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is seeking a Seasonal Bartender to join the Leonessa Team!

Enjoy the luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 3 food & beverage outlets including a restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.

Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $30.65-$40.87/hour, based on experience and location.

Union Position: This role is part of the Local 6 Union, requiring full open availability. Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated. Hours vary based on seniority and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Prepare and garnish beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Serve beverages and food to guests.
• Check IDs and serve alcohol in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Stock and maintain the bar supplies and perishables.
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests as needed.
