We are currently seeking a Bartender to join our dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to hospitality and extraordinary guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Craft and serve cocktails in a professional manner, adhering to our high standards.
  • Enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and courteously.
  • Efficiently serve 3-4 tables or guests seated at the bar, as directed by management.
  • Create delicious cocktails, ensuring they are prepared with the correct amount of alcohol, the right ingredients, and taste perfection.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our food and beverage offerings to assist guests effectively.
  • Sell both food and beverage items, enhancing the overall dining experience.
  • Maintain the bar area's cleanliness and ensure its smooth operation.
  • Check guest identification to confirm legal age for alcohol consumption and refuse service politely when necessary.
  • Observe guest behavior when serving alcohol, monitor drink count, and offer alternative transportation if needed.
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, displaying excellent personal hygiene.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a server or bartender.
  • Proficiency in suggestively selling food and beverage items.
  • Basic mathematical skills with the ability to make change.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
  • Compliance with state requirements, including health and alcohol compliance cards when applicable.
  • Strong reading and writing skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to move and stand throughout the entire shift.
  • Physically capable of reaching, carrying, lifting, bending, stooping, and wiping.
  • Ability to pull and push items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Adherence to personal hygiene standards and frequent hand washing.
  • Legal age to serve alcohol.
