Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to standards and recipes.
• Verify guest age and ID to comply with alcohol service regulations.
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, promotions, and venue policies.
• Restock bar supplies, liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, cups, and ice.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and refuse service when needed per safety guidelines.
• Keep bar areas clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts and cleaning.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety policies.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
