V Theater Group LLC is seeking a Bartender to deliver a theater-style beverage experience. You will greet guests, take orders, mix drinks, and ensure accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of bartending experience, are 21 or older, and hold a Health/TAM/Non-Gaming or Sheriff Card. You will work in a bustling theater setting, providing exceptional service and cash handling.

BARTENDERWe are thirsty for a Bartender with charm, a sense of humor, and the motivation to serve our guests and contribute to the amazing time they spend at our Theater. This is more than just a bar; this is a theater experience. People from all over the world visit our Theater every single night and you (yes you!) will help them have a great time before and during the show. If you’re great at talking to people and making them laugh and delivering delicious beverages, then this opportunity might be a shot you should take.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:Promptly greets guests, takes beverage orders from the restaurant servers or directly from guests.Promptly prepares beverage orders for servers according to server tickets.Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails and other beverages as requested and in compliance with company standards and recipes.Checks identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Promptly notifies management of underage drinking guests who are obviously intoxicated.Rings up all drink and food orders in the POS system, collects payment for drinks and/or food served, balances all receipts and follows proper cash handling procedures.Ensures bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests. Promptly reports any defective product or equipment.Offers and serves food items to guests seated at the bar when appropriate or as requested.Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.Responsible for routine cleaning, set up and breakdown of bar.
