Job summary

The Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown Capitol View is seeking a bartender to bring Nashville’s spirit to every pour. You’ll greet guests, craft cocktails, read the room, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced hotel bar overlooking the city.

You should have proven bartending experience, a solid knowledge of mixology, and comfort with POS systems. This role rewards a guest-first attitude, professional presentation, and strict adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience mixing and serving cocktails with flair.
• Ability to read guests and suggest drinks accordingly.
• Familiar with POS systems and cash handling.
• Second language is a bonus when communicating with guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Bartending certification is required.
