The Trade Hotel Milwaukee, operated by NCG Hospitality, is seeking a Bartender to craft beverages and deliver outstanding guest experiences at the bar. Flexible weekend availability is required and starting wage is $8-$10 per hour. Experienced candidates may qualify for a higher wage.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience preferred.

How do I make an impact on my team?

Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting delicious beverages.

• Promote and craft drinks utilizing suggestive selling skills whenever possible to maximize revenues
• Set up bar and back bar according to established procedures
• Monitors guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease
• Verify liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock

What Success Looks Likes

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
