About the Role

We are looking for talented people who will celebrate the fabric of our city and take pride in providing amazing guest service. Showing our guests and visitors an authentic Milwaukee experience, one that merges modern style and sophisticated comfort with pure Wisconsin hospitality.

1. Greets guests pleasantly as they approach the bar; promote house drinks and utilize suggestive selling skills whenever possible to maximize revenues.
2. Prepares beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures.
3. Operates restaurant equipment such as the cash register, telephone, calculator etc.
4. Provides security for guests and property by verifying restaurant bank, making safe drops, following credit card procedures, and reporting suspicious activity by guests or others.
5. Maintains clean and organized work area to maximize safety and efficiency.

** Starting wage for this position is $8.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience**

What We Are Looking For

• College degree or at least five years of related work experience in business management, hospitality or related field
• Previous experience as General Manager of a full-service hotel is preferred
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage roles like Chef, Director of F&B, Food & Beverage Manager is preferred
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organized
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Reliability and honesty
