• Personable, cheerful demeanor; well groomed; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Must be able to work flexible hours: lunch/dinner shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to resort recipes and standards.
• Rings drinks in through the POS system before preparation.
• Washes and sterilizes glasses.
• Maintains attractive and functional bottle/glass displays for efficient drink prep.
• Keeps bar areas clean, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage organized.
• Creates bar requisitions to return inventory to par at night end.
• Reports equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to management.
• Assists in restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
• Adheres to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Ready to assist fellow servers and staff as needed.
• Fills in to ensure smooth restaurant operations as directed by management.
• Adheres to Carillon Miami Wellness Resort guest service standards.
• Reports and documents safety hazards or unsafe practices to management immediately.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

I. Job Summary

Primarily responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the Café, Bar, Lounge, Strand, and In-Suite Dining outlets.

II. Essential Job Functions

• A. Prepares both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Carillon Miami Wellness Resort recipes and standards.
• B. Prepares beverages only after items have been rung in through the POS system.
• C. Washes and sterilizes glasses.
• E. Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation.
• F. Maintains cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
• G. Creates requisitions to return bar to par at end of night.
• H. Reports all equipment problems and bar maintenance to management.
• I. Assists in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• J. Adheres to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• K. Ready and willing to assist fellow servers and/or server assistants as situations arise.
• L. Available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by management.
• M. Adheres to Carillon Miami Wellness Resort standards for guest service.
• N. Refers guest problems or complaints to supervisor according to Carillon Miami Wellness Resort guest problem resolution policy.
• O. Reports and documents any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices and procedures to management immediately.
• P. Performs other job-related duties as directed.

III. Education, Experience and Skill Requirement
