The ideal candidate has at least two years of fine dining or upscale cocktail bar experience, excellent customer service, and a professional demeanor in fast-paced environments. Must be 21+ with a valid FL Food Handlers Card.

This intimate, cocktail driven speakeasy brings a cinematic sense of theater to the art of mixology. Centered around Tokyo precision style bartending known as Ginza style, the experience focuses on elevated cocktails served alongside Japanese inspired light bites designed for sharing. Warm lighting, layered textures, and curated vinyl allow the room to effortlessly evolve from early evening conversation into late night energy.

ROLE SUMMARY

Bar Shishi is looking for talented, experienced Bartenders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes.
• Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace.
• Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations
• Process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies keeping proper track of all guest credit cards.
• Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 2 years of fine dining or upscale cocktail bar experience with strong knowledge of drink preparation.
• Must have excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques.
• Must have a valid FL Food Handlers Card
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
