Jake's Unlimited in Mesa, Arizona seeks experienced Bartenders for part-time and full-time opportunities. Must be 21+, with evenings, weekends and holidays required. Join a fast-paced, friendly team delivering fast, responsible service to guests.

Expect to welcome guests, mix beverages, make recommendations, handle cash and POS, and keep the bar stocked and clean. Spanish helpful and adaptability valued.

Competenze

We're looking for experienced Bartenderswho know how to connect with people, work efficiently in a high-volume environment, and take pride in providing outstanding service. Whether you're serving a family enjoying a night out, a group celebrating a birthday, or guests gathering at the bar, you'll help make their experience memorable.

What You’ll Do

• Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and special requests

Who We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous bartending experience required
• Exemplary guest service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and common cocktails
• Strong attention to detail and responsible alcohol-service practices
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to multitask and remain organized during busy periods
• Comfortable handling cash and POS transactions
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
