Jake's Unlimited in Mesa, Arizona seeks experienced Bartenders for part-time and full-time opportunities. Must be 21+, with evenings, weekends and holidays required. Join a fast-paced, friendly team delivering fast, responsible service to guests.

Expect to welcome guests, mix beverages, make recommendations, handle cash and POS, and keep the bar stocked and clean. Spanish helpful and adaptability valued.

Formación

• Prior bartending experience required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and engage guests with friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer questions about beverage offerings.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume periods.
• Verify identification and follow all alcohol-service laws and company policies.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and serve responsibly.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate cash and payment handling.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Complete opening, closing, restocking, and cleaning responsibilities.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and special requests.
