Job summary

Great American Restaurants is seeking bartenders to join our team in the Washington, DC metro area. You will work in a high-volume, guest-centric environment, guiding guests through menus and delivering outstanding service to ensure a memorable experience.

Top bartenders earn $1,000–$1,500 per week, with paid training and a benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) eligibility. Competitive gratuity and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Top Bartenders make $1,000-$1,500 a week!

Duties include, but are not limited to the following functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
