Mainstreet Venture's One Food Hall in Madison is hiring full- and part-time bartenders to deliver an exceptional beverage experience across a bustling, water-view environment. You will craft cocktails, engage guests, and contribute to a warm, fast-paced service culture.

Ideal candidates have outstanding people skills, attention to detail, and a passion for spirits, wines, and presentation. Training is provided; benefits include PTO, health coverage, meal benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bartenders

Bartenders can average $20 - 25 per hour, based on schedule availability & flexibility.

We're looking for outgoing people with great people skills who have an eye for detail and quality.

The role of a bartender at the food hall prioritizes fast service and a personality to engage our guests. Bartenders are not only responsible for crafting great cocktails but also for curating an exceptional beverage experience that complements the food hall environment. They must possess an understanding of spirits, wines, and mixology, along with a flair for presentation and a keen sense of hospitality. This position demands attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and the ability to engage guests in a manner that enhances their overall dining experience.

High volume experience is preferred as well as the ability to work in all stations.
