Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences.
• Efficiently craft drinks with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipes, serving responsibly.
• Have extensive knowledge of our menu and be able to recommend and upsell items.
• Assist servers by answering questions about our Spirited Drinks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety procedures during shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods.
• Responsible Beverage Service Certification required for California positions (can be completed during training or within 60 days).
