Job summary

The Post in Boulder, CO is seeking passionate bartenders to join our fast-paced team. You will craft southern-inspired beverages, deliver memorable hospitality, and lead the guest experience with enthusiasm and flair.

We offer full-time or part-time roles, nights and weekends, with an hourly wage of $21-$27 plus tips. TIPS and/or Responsible Alcohol Service certification training is provided; Cicerone certification a plus. Flexible schedule and dining discounts included.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant/bar environment.

Bartenders

are the masters of the fun and familial guest experience at The Post, responsible for dispensing 'southern' style hospitality and ridiculous knowledge of all things related to delicious food, spectacular service and quenching bevs. Must be detail oriented and well versed in proper steps of service and etiquette, in addition to possessing super communication skills and excelling in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Candidates should be eager to learn, cool under pressure and adaptable. We'll love to hear from you if you are interested in working within a fun, fast paced, professional restaurant environment and growing with our team.
