Job summary

The Post in Boulder, Colorado, is seeking bartenders who thrive on creating memorable guest experiences and telling stories with every drink. You’ll master the art of southern hospitality, keep guests entertained, and lead the bar with enthusiasm, teamwork and a friendly, professional demeanor.

We offer full-time or part-time roles (nights & weekends), with an hourly wage plus tips ranging from $21 to $27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and able to provide fast, friendly service in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills are essential.
• Interest in beverage knowledge and hospitality excellence is required.

Responsibilities

Bartenders

are the masters of the fun and familial guest experience at The Post, responsible for dispensing ‘southern’ style hospitality and ridiculous knowledge of all things related to delicious food, spectacular service and quenching bevs. Must be detail oriented and well versed in proper steps of service and etiquette, in addition to possessing super communication skills and excelling in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Candidates should be eager to learn, cool under pressure and adaptable.
