Show up Ready
- Arrive prepared with your station stocked, garnishes prepped, and all tools in working order
- Maintain full knowledge of Cooper’s Hawk food, drink, and wine menus, as well as steps of service
- Ensure opening and mid‑shift checklists are completed so the bar is ready for guests from the start
- Understand the Wine Club perks and benefits, and be ready to educate and invite guests to the largest wine club community in the world
Own What You See
- Keep your bar area clean, organized, and guest‑ready throughout the shift
- Wash and sterilize glassware as needed to prevent delays in service
- Step in to assist with retail, Wine Club, or other team tasks when you notice a need
Stay in Sync
- Communicate clearly with Servers, Food Runners, Hosts, and the kitchen to ensure orders are accurate and timely
- Follow Cooper’s Hawk recipes and portion standards consistently
- Complete closing duties to set the next shift up for success
Make it Personal
- Greet each guest warmly, using their name when possible, and engage in friendly conversation
- Offer thoughtful wine, cocktail, and food recommendations based on guest preferences
- Actively educate guests about the Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club and invite them to join

- Present beverages with attention to detail, from creative garnishes to polished glassware
- Go beyond expectations with small gestures that make each guest feel valued

Qualifications
- Must represent Cooper’s Hawk Values
- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a high‑volume restaurant or bar preferred
- Strong communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic wine knowledge is a plus; willingness to learn is a must
- Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
