Job summary

The Bungalow Huntington Beach is seeking an experienced bartender to join our beachfront team. You'll craft cocktails, engage with guests, and keep service smooth during high-volume shifts.

A strong knowledge of mixology, excellent teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required as part of our fast-paced, hospitality-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of high-volume bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bar techniques.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Weekend/evening/holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with speed and accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and personality.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar throughout the shift.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Work closely with barbacks, security, and floor staff to ensure smooth operations.

About the Role:

As a bartender at The Bungalow, you’ll be behind the bar crafting cocktails, interacting with guests, and keeping service smooth during high-volume shifts. You’ll bring a strong knowledge of mixology, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to stay calm and cool under pressure.
