Bayside Club Golf Resort is seeking upbeat, reliable bartenders to join our hospitality team. We offer part-time, full-time and seasonal roles across bayside locations and events. If you love crafting drinks, enjoy fast-paced settings, and value guest service, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending experience (or equivalent training).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of cocktails and basic wine varieties.
• Alcohol Awareness Training preferred.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Stock and maintain bar inventory; assist with inventory control and cost awareness.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and respond to guest needs.
• Follow all state liquor laws and company procedures; process cash and credit transactions using a POS system.
• Complete opening and closing duties including cleaning, restocking, and inventory.
• Work catered events, banquets, and occasional meal service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

We are currently hiring for part-time, full-time and seasonal positions across our bayside locations including Signatures, 38 Degrees, Sun Ridge and The Commons. If you love creating great drinks, enjoy fast-paced environments, and take pride in excellent guest service, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
• Stock and maintain bar inventory; assist with inventory control and cost awareness
