About the Role:

The On-Call Bartender plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional beverage service during peak times, special events, or when additional staff support is needed. This position requires flexibility and readiness to respond promptly to staffing needs, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. They will engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring compliance with all safety and legal regulations. Minimum Qualifications:
