Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity while following standard recipes.
• Provide prompt and attentive service to guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning workstations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with guests to assess their preferences and recommend beverages that match their tastes.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold the responsible service of alcohol policies and monitor guest consumption.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Stay updated on current beverage trends and continuously enhance bartending skills.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a bartender is required, high-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and various serving techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Current TIPS certification required.
