Job summary

Trailborn Highlands in Highlands, NC is seeking a Part Time Bartender to craft beverages, deliver welcoming service, and support the bar team in a fast-paced setting.

Greet guests, recommend drinks, and manage transactions while maintaining bar cleanliness and stock levels. The position requires prior bartender/server experience and strong customer service skills; schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks.

• Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using Toast systems for transactions.

ABOUT OUR ROLE

As a Bartender, you’ll be the heart of the bar—crafting beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering exceptional service to every guest. You’ll help shape memorable experiences through your expertise and hospitality.

ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONS

REQUIREMENTS

• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
