Requirements include being at least 21 years old (per state law), effective communication skills, and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Compensation: Starting at minimum wage plus tips.

Health and Safety Standards: Must be able to remain stationary and move well-paced for up to four hours. Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift up to 25 pounds, and transport items about 30 times per shift. Clear communication skills, ability to wear protective gear, and maintain hygiene practices are essential.
