Job summary

Tacky Jack’s in Gulf Shores is looking for a Bartender to join our busy bar staff. A wide array of drinks, from trending to classic, will be served to guests at the front bar and in the dining room.

You’ll monitor cash drawers and end-of-night inventories, help with ordering alcohol, and ensure health department standards are met. Experience is a plus, and physical demands include standing long shifts and lifting up to 20 pounds.

Job Summary

Our busy bar is looking for a Bartender familiar with a wide array of drinks, both trending and old-school, while delivering quality customer service. The ideal candidate will serve customers who are sitting at the front bar in addition to making drinks for the dining room. The Bartender is responsible for monitoring the cash drawer located at the bar and monitoring alcohol inventories (especially at the end of each night), and will support the manager in ordering alcohol to help maintain adequate inventory. Experience is a plus.

• Maintain a precise cash drawer and account for any discrepancies in the final drawer tally

Qualifications and Skills

• Mixology certification from a reputable bartending school is desirable
