• Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, creating an inviting bar and lounge experience.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and menu items, offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Accurately take and prepare food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.
• Verify guest identification and responsibly serve alcohol in accordance with state laws and company policies.
• Use suggestive selling techniques in a natural, hospitality-driven way to enhance the guest experience.
• Build genuine, professional rapport with guests while maintaining a polished presence behind the bar.

Requirements

• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., bend, climb, and reach overhead.
