Job summary

Quorum Hospitality is seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join Hyatt Place Fort Worth/TCU in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will craft beverages, greet guests, and deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming bar environment.
• Craft and serve beverages according to established recipes and portions.
• Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in service.
• Deliver meals and drinks to tables, checking in to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the bar and dining areas.
• Monitor and manage inventory to control costs and ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with all safety and alcohol regulations, including checking IDs and serving responsibly.
• Accurately handle transactions, ring orders into the POS system, and provide receipts.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete opening and closing duties.
• Stay knowledgeable about our menu offerings to make recommendations and upsell.

Your Role:
As a Bartender, you will transform every guest interaction into a delightful experience. Your mission is to create top-notch beverages while maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere at the bar. Some of your key responsibilities include:

What You’ll Do:

Greet and engage with guests, creating a welcoming environment from the moment they arrive.

Craft and serve beverages according to established recipes and portion controls.

Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in service.

Deliver meals and drinks to tables, checking in to ensure guest satisfaction.

Monitor and manage inventory to control costs and ensure smooth operations.

Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth Food & Beverage operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 21+ years of age
• 1+ year of Bartending experience in a hotel or bar/restaurant preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor and delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of call and well brand liquors, wines, and beers a plus.
