Located inside Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Grand Hyatt DFW offers a dynamic hospitality environment serving business travelers, leisure guests, airline crews, groups, and international travelers. This position supports morning beverage service and helps create a welcoming, efficient, and memorable guest experience at Grand Met and other assigned outlets as needed.
The AM Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, supporting breakfast and daytime restaurant service, and delivering friendly, professional hospitality in a fast-paced hotel environment. This is a part-time position with an emphasis on morning shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Previous bartending experience required.
Previous hotel, restaurant, lounge, airport hotel, or high-volume food and beverage experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, beverage preparation, and bar service standards.
Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service standards and applicable local regulations.
Responsible alcohol service certification required or ability to obtain required certification.
Food handler certification required or ability to obtain required certification, if applicable.
Ability to use point-of-sale systems, process payments, and follow cash handling procedures.
Must be dependable, punctual, polished, and team-oriented.
Must be able to work a flexible morning schedule, including weekends and holidays.
