Job summary

Quorum Hospitality is seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join Hyatt Place Fort Worth/TCU in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will craft beverages, greet guests, and deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests and visitors.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year bartending experience, a HS diploma, and current Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits, paid time off, retirement plans, tuition assistance, and travel discounts.

Qualifications

1+ year of bartending experience in a hotel or bar/restaurant preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications

Responsibilities

Greet guests and create a welcoming bar environment.
Craft and serve beverages according to established recipes and portions.
Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in service.
Deliver meals and drinks to tables, checking in to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the bar and dining areas.
Monitor and manage inventory to control costs and ensure smooth operations.
Comply with all safety and alcohol regulations, including checking IDs and serving responsibly.
Accurately handle transactions, ring orders into the POS system, and provide receipts.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete opening and closing duties.
Stay knowledgeable about our menu offerings to make recommendations and upsell.
