Job summary

Waterford Group Llc is seeking a professional bartender for our hotel properties in Flowood, MS. You will greet guests, mix drinks, suggest pairings, and help plan drink menus while maintaining a clean, compliant bar area.

The role requires accuracy with transactions, flexibility in hours, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior bartending experience and required certifications to serve alcohol are preferred.

• Keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of and adhere to all alcohol related law.
• Must obtain or possess the necessary certifications to serve alcohol.
• Able to work as a team and independently.

• Physical mobility and stamina.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to follow instructions.

• Limited kitchen and food preparation is expected.
• Basic computer skills.

Bartender Overview
