Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a bartender in Flowood, MS to craft and experiment with drinks, greet guests, and contribute to a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop drink menus.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit cards transactions, ensuring accurate charge and cash drawer is balanced.
• Maintain a clean work area, removing trash, clearing tables, and washing glasses and equipment.
• Adhere to the federal and state age limits as well as safety and procedures of the hotel.
• Limited kitchen and food preparation is expected.
• Basic computer skills.

Bartender Overview

We are looking for a professional mixologist who has a passion for creating memories through their drink preparation and experimentation. Enthusiastic personality paired with the ability to work in a high paced environment is a recipe for success.
