Beef 'O' Brady's is hiring a bartender for our Flowood, MS location. We’re seeking friendly, upbeat team members who love delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, making cocktails, and serving food and beverages. We welcome full-time and part-time applicants who can work weekends and holidays and join a team that values fun, teamwork, and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old per state law.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Capable of operating POS systems and beverage equipment.
• Stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders.
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails according to Beef's recipes.
• Present checks and handle payments.

A Beef 'O' Brady's bartender is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, making cocktails, and serving Beef's delicious food and beverages!

Positive attitudes and teamwork are a must at Beef's. If you enjoy people and take pride in turning customers into loyal guests.

Bartender Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to Beef's recipes
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision

Bartender Requirements

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
