Beef 'O' Brady’s - Flowood is hiring a bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced setting at 2560 Lakeland Dr, Flowood, MS. You’ll greet guests, take orders, mix cocktails, and serve food and drinks with a positive, teamwork-driven approach.

The role supports flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, with opportunities for meal perks, paid training, and career growth within a community-focused restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, per state/local laws.
• Able to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Experience using POS systems and beverage equipment.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple items.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's.
• Take orders, prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to recipes.
• Serve food and beverages and present checks for payment.
• Follow Beef's steps of service and ensure hygiene standards.
• Maintain clean bar station and orderly service areas.
• Collaborate with team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Handle payments and assist with basic up-selling when appropriate.
• Support training and development as needed.

A Beef 'O' Brady's bartender is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, making cocktails, and serving Beef's delicious food and beverages! Positive attitudes and teamwork are a must at Beef's. If you enjoy people and take pride in turning customers into loyal guests,

Bartender Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to Beef's recipes
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision

Bartender Requirements

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
