Beef 'O' Brady's Flowood, MS is seeking a bartender who loves creating memorable guest experiences. If you are friendly, upbeat, and passionate about delivering great service in a fun, fast-paced setting, you’ll thrive on our team.

We offer a flexible schedule, meal perks, and ongoing training. Responsibilities include greeting guests, following service steps, being menu knowledgeable, preparing drinks to recipes, presenting checks, and maintaining a clean, organized bar.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state/local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Able to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to Beef's recipes
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision

Bartender Requirements

• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds

Compensation: $5.50 - $7.50 per hour
