Job summary

Beef 'O' Brady's Panama City Beach is seeking a friendly and energetic bartender to join our busy bar and dining team. You will greet guests, take orders, mix cocktails, and serve food and beverages according to Beef's recipes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Able to operate POS and beverage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to Beef's recipes
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
