Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring an Awesome Bartenders / Mixologists for an on-site event at our Baha Grill, 555 NE Ocean Blvd, Stuart, FL 34996. You will set up and run the bar, handle guest orders, and ensure beverage standards are followed with precise measures.

Qualifications

• Experience as bartender or mixologist.
• Ability to follow beverage standards and recipes.
• Reliable team player with strong guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar.
• Break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly.
• Accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order.
• Make cocktails in accordance with Beverage Standards using standard jigger.
• Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies; no cash tabs.
• Complete opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist.
• Check and replace glassware where needed.
• Stock and replenish ice at all ice stations.
• Clean floors in area of responsibility at end of shift.
• Empty and steam-clean trashcans at end of shift or as necessary.
• Be responsible for inventory of soda and juices and rotate stock.
• Stock and replenish beer in bottles and kegs when necessary.

We are hiring an Awesome Bartenders / Mixologists!

Responsibilities

• Set up bar.

Salary range: USD$11.98 per hour plus tips ( Florida State Server minimum )
