Job summary

Concord Hospitality is hosting a hiring event on Wednesday 10.14.26 from 1pm-4pm at our Baha Grill on site in Stuart, FL. We are seeking awesome Bartenders / Mixologists to join our team.

You will set up and break down the bar, take guest orders, craft cocktails to Beverage Standards, and handle opening/closing duties and inventory. Full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, 401K, tuition assistance, and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or mixology preferred.
• Ability to follow beverage standards and recipes.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Availability for full-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar and prepare service area.
• Break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly.
• Accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order.
• Make cocktails in accordance with Beverage Standards.
• Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies.
• Complete opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist.
• Stock and replenish beer, soda, and juices; rotate stock.
• Maintain clean work areas and restock glassware as needed.
