Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking an awesome Bartender/Mixologist for on-site work at our Stuart, FL location during a hiring event. The role involves creating cocktails, setting up and breaking down the bar, handling guest orders, and maintaining beverage standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as bartender or mixologist preferred.
• Ability to follow beverage standards and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to stock and replenish bar inventory and maintain cleanliness.

• Break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices.
• Take drink orders from guests/servers and prepare beverages.
• Mix cocktails according to beverage standards using proper measures.
• Follow all cash handling procedures and company policies.
• Complete opening and closing duties as listed on checklists.
• Check and replace glassware as needed and stock ice stations.
• Keep bar area clean and manage inventory of sodas, juices, beer.

** Please Join us at our Hiring Event on Weds. 10.14.26 from 1 pm - 4pm - Inside our Baha Grill, on site - Our location is 555 NE Ocean Blvd. Stuart, FL 34996 **

We are hiring an Awesome Bartenders / Mixologists!

Responsibilities:

• Set up bar.
• Break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly.
• Accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order.
• Make cocktails in accordance Beverage Standards using standard jigger.
• Follow all check handling procedures, including all credit card policies and procedures. No cash tabs.
• Complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist.
• Check and replace glassware where needed.
• Stock and replenish ice at all ice stations.
• Clean floors in area of responsibility at the end of each shift.
• Empty and steam-clean trashcans at the end of each shift or as necessary.
• Be responsible for the inventory of the soda and juices and their rotation of stock.
• Stock and replenish beer in bottles and kegs when necessary.

Salary range: USD$11.98 per hour plus tips ( Florida State Server minimum )
