Fircrest Golf Club Inc is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will prepare classic and innovative drinks, interact with guests, take orders, and promote the club’s specialty mixers.

The role requires knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving, with strong communication and a positive attitude. Experience in private clubs is valued; food handler certification is required.

Description

Fircrest Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide excellence in the guest experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests’ needs and expectations.

• Interact with customers, take orders, serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Learn and prepare FGC's specialty mixers
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

Education and/or Experience

• Two years relevant experience and/or training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Experience in private club preferred but not required.
• Food Handlers and MAST Permit required.
• Craft cocktail experience preferred but not required.

Salary Description

• Typical Bartender compensation at FGC is $52 - $70k per year. We utilize a tip pool for the mandated 18% service charge, plus many members offer additional gratuity that is distributed directly to their bartender or server.
• $18-20/hr + tips
• Full benefits are offered to staff who work more than 30 hours per week.
