Job summary

US Air Mobility Command is seeking a FLEX employee to staff the Grill at Eagle Creek Golf Course on Dover Air Force Base. Qualifications

• Must have experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale, with correct proportions and mixtures.
• Must be able to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve issues or call for help.
• Must follow cash handling procedures.
• Must be physically able to lift 5–15 lbs, push/pull 10–20 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 40+ lbs.
• Must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical.
• Must meet the minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Must obtain a Food Handler's Certificate or complete training.
• Must communicate clearly with customers and work well with the public.
• Must satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).

About the position:

This position is Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Grill at Eagle Creek Golf Course on Dover Air Force Base.

Employment Details:

As a FLEX employee, you may work anywhere between 0-40 hours per week, on an as needed basis.

Qualifying Experience:

• Must have experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale, which includes knowledge of correct proportions and mixtures to use in preparing beverages.
• Must be able to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and to resolve the problem or seek assistance if needed.
• Must be able to follow cash handling procedures.
• Must be physically able to frequently lift objects weighing 5 to 15 pounds, pull and push objects weighing 10 to 20 pounds, and occasionally lift up to and over 40 pounds.
• Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical.
• Must meet the appropriate minimum age requirement for working with and/or serving alcoholic beverages.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and/or complete food handler's training.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and possess skill in dealing with the public.
• Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). Position
